# OUR APPROACH
A pleasant cooperation with good results is at the top of our list. Using our Blue Dragon working method, we have managed to make this a success with our clients for years.
## THE COMMON THREAD OF EVERY HUBSPOT PROJECT
For a HubSpot project to run smoothly, a structure is needed. Often this structure consists of 4 phases: Strategy Development, Implementation, Testing & Training and finally, Support.
### Strategy development
HubSpot is a comprehensive platform where an enormous amount is possible. In order not to get lost in the functionalities, we first develop a strategy and implementation plan. This way, everyone involved knows exactly what the framework of the HubSpot project is and what the end result will be.
### Implementation
In this step, you can sit back and relax, and we'll get to work actually implementing the strategy and implementation plan into your HubSpot portal.
### Testing & training
After we've implemented and tested everything in your HubSpot portal, it's time to train HubSpot users. After a comprehensive (hands-on) training where you can ask all your questions, you can get fully up and running with the new or improved HubSpot portal yourself.
### Support
Of course, we also offer support after a project is completed. This can range from a monthly meeting to weekly contact.
Blue Dragon was quick in their communication and helped us audit and onboard HubSpot's professional Hubs.
