Functional assessment
Before we get started writing the first line of code, we need to know exactly what the integration should be able to do. What data needs to be exchanged, what are the integration frameworks, and what does the API of the other tool look like? We answer these questions together in the functional assessment.
Proof of concept
Now that we have outlined the framework together, we can create a Proof of Concept. We do this to test the feasibility of the idea/concept. After this step, we know exactly if the application is/isn't going to be feasible and how we will approach it.
Build & Testing
This step speaks for itself: we get to work building the custom application and testing it immediately. During this step, we obviously stay in touch to discuss progress.
Go live!
The moment you've been waiting for: the going live of the application! As of this moment, the custom app is live and everyone can experience the fine workings.
