They have a strong focus on service and work on a people-first basis. They were looking for a platform where their sales, marketing & service teams were able to work together and get insights into the work and results of other teams. The end goal was to create a single source of truth, so they can evelate their service level to even greater heights. Blue Dragon helped us very professionally in the setup of HubSpot for Marketing, Sales and CS. That is why, before we did a single thing in their portal, we created a detailed HubSpot Implementation Plan.
