They realized HubSpot was able to offer them the insights they were looking for. They chose to go for an Enterprise license, so they could create a custom object in HubSpot specifically for processing housing data. 

After creating and configuring the custom object in the CRM it was key to create clear and insightful reporting on the whole sales process. Luckily, HubSpot's custom report builder was up to the challenge.
